The VIce President Creative Director promotes company products and services by developing creative strategies and materials to support the compan\\\'s customer acquisition customer retention and brand development efforts. Exceptional project management and staff development skills are required for this rapidly growing direct response marketer of skin care products. Direct Response marketing experience an absolute must.
Duties:
* Achieves creative department operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving operational problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
* Meets creative department financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Develops creative strategy by studying business objectives; evaluating client needs; recommending advertising, direct marketing, promotions, fund raising, and collateral solutions; contributing information and opinion to creative meetings.
* Produces creative materials by defining purpose, design, and outline of each project; writing and reviewing copy; obtaining and selecting artwork; coordinating requirements with freelance designers, writers, artists, photographers, videographers, and illustrators; identifying and contracting with printers and media specialists; obtaining finished approval from clients.
* Accomplishes creative project results by defining project scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; scheduling and allocating resources; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction; completing audits; controlling costs.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging creative practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
