• A New York B to B cataloer seeks a CFO who reports to ther President:
  GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  Directs the organization\'s financial planning and accounting practices activities of the organization in support of goals, and objectives in coordination with the President by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
  
  DUTIES:
  Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.
  
  ·Manages and Oversees activities in Accounting and Human Resources.
  ·Provide guidance in the inventory management working in conjunction with the Vice President of Operations to increase inventory turns while maintain a high stock availability.
  ·Supervises the Controller and other associates in the Accounting Department.
  ·Oversees and directs budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
  ·Provide enthusiastic leadership to shape employees attitudes and morale.
  ·Foster teamwork among the staff.
  ·Evaluate capital expenditures to ensure company is achieving ROI goals.
  ·Pursue continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
  ·Creates the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization\'s current activities and its projected growth.
  ·Works Closely with President and other executives which include the Vice President of Operations, Director of Sourcing and Product Development and Director of Sales.
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  ·Bachelor Degree required, CPA preferred.
  ·Must be people oriented.
  ·Must be highly motivated and can easily adapt to changing environment.
  ·10 year foundation of progressive operational management experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
  ·Must be analytical, detail oriented and organized.
  ·Strong computer, spread sheets and database skills.
